Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to design and develop mechanical components and systems for rosin extraction equipment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments to optimize existing machinery and processes.
- Utilize CAD software for detailed design and produce accurate technical drawings.
- Lead prototype development and testing, iterating designs based on performance feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with electrical and software components.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute to ongoing product improvements.
- Provide technical support to production and assist in the resolution of mechanical issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have experience in the cannabis and extraction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in the design and development of mechanical systems, preferably in a manufacturing or equipment development environment.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 360 Fusion) for modeling and design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with materials selection, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to mechanical systems.
