The Rosin System is the method of process to produce solventless extracts on a commercial scale with consistency and efficiency. The Access Rosin team started the building blocks of a system in 2015 by focusing on reinventing the rosin press, and uniting a innovative technology to conjunctionally master directional flow by combining multiple rosin bags to flow efficiently in uni-sync. 

 



 

Developing a new technology to replicate the standard efficiency of rosin production of two rectangle flat plates with adequate pressure sounds difficult, but greater passion allowed us to overcome a major doubt of there being another way to produce rosin on a commercial level. After years of research and development, Access Rosin broke ground with quadruple directional flow success in 2017. A prototype which was designed as a "cone press" was used to view the first images of rosin falling as a center pour of oil. This was the machine which Access Rosin designed a new technology around.
