Job Description:

As an Sales Representative at Access Rosin, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by promoting and introducing Access Rosin's solvent-less extraction equipment to customers in the industry. Your expertise in extraction processes and equipment will be crucial in understanding customer needs, providing customized solutions, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to expand the customer base and contribute to the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the extraction industry through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, trade shows, and industry networking.

Consultative Selling: Engage with leads and prospects to understand their extraction needs, production requirements, and business goals. Provide expert guidance and present Access Rosin's extraction equipment as the ideal solution to meet their specific requirements.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Access Rosin's extraction equipment portfolio, including features, capabilities, and competitive advantages. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in extraction technologies.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering expert advice and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations to showcase the functionality, efficiency, and quality of Access Rosin's extraction equipment. Highlight the benefits and value proposition to potential customers.

Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create customized sales proposals that align with customer requirements and demonstrate the cost-effectiveness and ROI of Access Rosin's extraction equipment.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability for Access Rosin while meeting customer expectations and requirements.

Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales-related information.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics related to extraction equipment. Identify potential sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and market expansion in the extraction equipment sector.

Qualifications and Requirements:
