Why The Rosin Machine
The Rosin Machine - hydraulic series is the rosin press solution using proprietary "Flow Control" technology to streamline the process at scale. A huge benefit a 100 Ton hydrualic system presses rosin without any pressure limitations for a complete extraction in a single press. The senitive range of pressure-per-square-inch (PPSI) from zero (0) to 200,000lbs of force applied to a 135" sq. surface area. Access Rosin's® F.C.T Software give complete control of the system throughout 8 stage recipe cycles. One stage specific to the start of a cycle, jolts the plates down to compress the pouch before pressing, and a cycle complete stage to manually ramp up to any desired pressure for a complete extraction in a single press.
