Preventative Measures

Rosin Bag into Pouch:

• Fig A: Bag blocks directional flow
  
• Fig B: Pinch parchment paper pouch to assure bag is at back side of pouch​.

Pouch into Machine:

• Fig D: Insert Pouch into plate by securing the rosin bag and pouch together with two hands and use fingers to pinch the directional flow gutter (red indicator) to flatten the pouch opening. Using your palms to hold down folds 5 & 6 (blue indicator). Slide pouch between plates until the pouch is 95% inserted between the plates.
• Repeat 2-4 times.
• At the center of the pouch, use the tongs to secure the rosin bag and the pouch together, pinch down, and slide the pouch into the heat plates a 1/2” (.50”).
• Repeat 2-4 times.
• If necessary, make any final adjustments to pouches.
