Calibration Settings

Calibration Settings

Calibration Steps:

1. Initial Setup

  • Ensure all components are securely connected per the manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Power On

  • Plug in the system and power it on. Allow it to warm up for a few minutes before calibration.

3. Load Calibration

  • Place the material into the agitation chamber.

4. Set Agitation Speed

  • Access the control panel of the Smart Agitation System.
  • Start by setting the agitation speed to a low setting.
  • Gradually increase to the recommended speed for your specific material.

5. Timing Calibration

  • Set the timer according to the recommended agitation time for your material.
  • Monitor the agitation process closely during this time.

6. Temperature Calibration (if applicable)

  • Adjust the temperature settings as needed to maintain the optimal temperature for extraction.

7. Test Run

  • Once calibrated, run a test batch using the settings you’ve established.
  • Observe the process and make any necessary adjustments to speed or time based on the results.

8. Record Settings

  • Document the calibrated settings, including material type, speed, duration, and temperature for future reference.
  • This will help maintain consistency in your extraction processes.

Routine Maintenance

  • Regularly check and recalibrate the system, especially after significant use.
  • Keep the system clean and free from any material buildup to ensure accurate readings.

Troubleshooting

  • If you notice inconsistency in results, consider recalibrating or checking for any mechanical issues.
  • Always refer to the user manual for specific troubleshooting related to your model.
