Warranty Coverage:

Access Rosin ("Company") warrants that the Smart Agitation System ("Equipment") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

This warranty covers the following:

  • Defects in material and workmanship
  • Components of the Smart Agitation System, including but not limited to motors, frames, and controls

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or external factors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or alterations made to the Equipment without written consent from Access Rosin
  • Costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation

Claim Procedure:

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Access Rosin customer service at support@accessrosin.com within the warranty period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Follow any instructions provided by Access Rosin for returning the Equipment.

Remedies:

If a defect is confirmed, Access Rosin will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the Equipment at no charge
  • Replace the Equipment with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value

Limitation of Liability:

Access Rosin’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Equipment. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Equipment.
