Terms of Condition

1. Term Of Payment:

• A. Paid In Full.
• B. 50% deposit in advance, and 50% balance paid (3) days before delivery departs.
• • A. Lead Time activates upon payment option A. Or B.

2. Delivery:

• 2-4 weeks Lead Time on orders pending build, and can change depending on materials and shipments of components. Access Rosin is responsible for updating information to client.

In no event shall the Seller be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life,

whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Goods.

The Buyer understands that the Goods are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non- exchangeable. The Goods are made to order;

they are built to existing manufacturing standards.
