Our Smart Agitation System brings together automation, innovation, and industrialized equipment to keep pace with the efficiency and scalability of The Rosin Machine. With no need for wash bags or ice, and a built-in Clean In Place (CIP) system, we've made the extraction process simpler and more user-friendly. A multi-layered sieve station ensures less time spent on laborious tasks and more time dedicated to extraction.
What's Included:
*Smart Agitation Tank: A 85-Gallon agitation tank that is the heart of the process, equipped with a 7" Touch Screen Display, W.E.S. Software by Access Rosin for ease of control and monitoring with automation. Polyurethane Double Jacketed 316 Pharmaceutical Stainless Steel tanks makes cold water extraction a breeze. The unique servo motor and full paddle combo fulfills the tank surface area for optimal control and precise fractioning of resin glands throughout, and with less effort than vortex. Resin settles pass the filter plate into the lower sphere to settle. Release the resin water out of the 2" drain port with sight glass. Once the wash is complete, release up to 60lbs of wet plant material with a press of a button into the waste collection cart, and the Clean In Place system does the cleaning work for you. All sensors and desired controls to scale hash washing process with automation and innovation.
*Platform Stairway - The water tanks housing, stairway with handrails, and gripped platform. Custom pipework to connect the modular system together: These elements provide a safe, ergonomic workspace that houses essential system components, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.
*Stationary Centrifuge Water Pump: A powerful 24kW pump, providing precise control over the water flow throughout the system. This pump is used to pull chilled water into the smart agitation tanks CIP sprayers, the hand sprayer for sieve agitation, and recirculation of the cold water tank. The automation is sync with pneumatic solenoid valves that direct the flow of water to the desired use.
*Waste Collection Cart used for wet biomass removal after an agitation cycle has been complete. Designed for convenience in handling and disposal of waste materials from your take using the weight of the material itself to drop into this cart, contributing to a cleaner and more efficient work environment.
