Start Up

Chiller

Temp setting between 28f to 32f bandwidth.

Equipment

1. Turn system to on position.
2. Ensure 120psi air supply is connected to the WES air regulator.
3. Turn Blue ON/OFF valves on The Agitation tank and R.O. Tank to open / ON position.
4. Verify Input water supply is connected and on.
5. Press R.O fill icon to Fill the R.O. chill tank until the automated cut off point
6. Press the Chiller icon on the main screen to activate chiller valves to open on the WES.
7. Press the recirculation icon (the Logo on the R.O. tank) to start recirculation. Set pump to 50.
8. Verify Dump valve is closed.
9. Verify  R.O. Temp is at 32f or below.
