Starting an Automated Wash

Biomass Loading

 Beginning the Automated Wash Cycles

1. Press Start Wash
2. The Agitation Tank will fill to 50% of selected fill amount.
3. Touchscreen will indicate when it's time to load the biomass.
4. Load Biomass
5. Close Loading Door
6. Press Green program button to begin wash cycle.

Automated Wash Cycle 1 will commence Washing

1. System will complete cycle 1 and then an audible beep will indicate its time to dump.
2. Ensure Sieve Bags are in place and ready to collect.
3. Open Dump valve
4. Turn on Sieve System
5. Allow agitation Tank to drain until system see empty. 
6. Touchscreen will read “Close Valve”.
7. Close Valve and press Green Program button to continue to cycle #2.

Automated Wash Cycle 2 will commence Washing

1. System will complete cycle 2 and then an audible beep will indicate its time to dump.
2. Ensure Sieve Bags  are in place and ready to collect.
3. Open Dump valve
4. Turn on Sieve System
5. Allow agitation Tank to drain until system see empty. 
6. Touchscreen will read “Close Valve”.
7. Close Valve and press Green Program button to continue to cycle #3.

Automated Wash Cycle 3 will commence Washing 

1. System will complete cycle 3 and then an audible beep will indicate its time to dump.
2. Ensure Sieve Bags  are in place and ready to collect.
3. Open Dump valve
4. Turn on Sieve System
5. Allow agitation Tank to drain until system see empty. 
6. Touchscreen will read “Close Valve”.
7. Close Valve and press Green Program button to continue to cycle #4.

Automated Wash Cycle 4 will commence Washing

1. System will complete cycle 4 and then an audible beep will indicate its time to dump.
2. Ensure Sieve Bags  are in place and ready to collect.
3. Open Dump valve
4. Turn on Sieve System
5. Allow agitation Tank to drain until system see empty. 
6. Touchscreen will read “Close Valve”.
7. Close Valve and press Green Program button to continue to cycle #5.

Automated Wash Cycle 5 will commence Washing

1. System will complete cycle 5 and then an audible beep will indicate its time to dump.
2. Ensure Sieve Bags  are in place and ready to collect.
3. Open Dump valve
4. Turn on Sieve System
5. Allow agitation Tank to drain until system see empty. 
6. Touchscreen will read “Close Valve”.

Automated Washing Cycles are Completed
